9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Stolera shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in California. You hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any right to contest such jurisdiction.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stolera regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Stolera relating to your use of the Site.
