What is this site?

It's a simple, text-only, lightweight, ETF research accelerator.

What can I use it for?

Here are a few ideas:

• Research ETFs on the go, while you're standing in line for coffee or waiting for a ride at Disneyland. And do so without having to open up your Robinhood app and letting people see how much of a baller (or not) you are.
• Put your kids to work and have them find new ETFs for you to invest in. They won't need anything other than old hand-me-down laptop because this site is meant to be fast and lightweight.
• Explore peacefully on a desktop or laptop without being bogged down by slow page loads, getting distracted by price charts, or bomboarded by extra information you're not interested in.
• As a jumping off point for deeper dives. Start broad here, take notes, and go deep elsewhere.

How does it make money?

Right now, it doesn't, but has enough funds to continue through 2027 without any new funding and at current traffic levels.

This site was built to run with very low overhead.

Can you do stocks sometime?

Maybe, but for now we've got our hands full keeping up with ETFs. We've chosen to focus on ETFs for now. Individual stocks are a lot of fun but we are just doing this for fun.

Can you include price charts?

Real-time data is expensive. This is a small operation, a hobby, a public service. That said, we are exploring ways to get price charts that include closing prices very soon now.

How do I report incorrect data or a bug on the site?
